Yet another experiment. Another Way explores the use of the E-mu Proteus for most of the sounds. The DX200 is used for the kick drum and bass synth line. The E-mu rack has great Conga samples, synth modeling for the ascending “pad” sounds and percussive synth parts. The E-mu parts were created using a midi keyboard [the DX7 II] to create sequences with the Alesis MMT-8 sequencer.
